Lindsay Burdette, Psychology Extern

Lindsay grew up in Jackson, Georgia and earned her bachelor’s degree from Stanford University where she played varsity tennis.
Lindsay joined Georgetown Psychology as an extern in September 2020 and is working toward her doctorate (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology- Washington, DC. She has completed training at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, providing neuropsychological testing services to children with medical disabilities. For the past year, Lindsay provided therapy for high school students at Friendship Public Charter School in Washington, DC. Her professional interests include relationships, trauma, identity development, and mindfulness.
Lindsay works under the supervision of Dr. Aimee Caramico, our Director of Training, who specializes in Acceptance Commitment
Therapy (ACT).
