Mary Jo Coiro, Ph.D.

Mary Jo Coiro, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist who provides comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for children ages 6 years through college with suspected learning disorders, ADHD, and mental health concerns, including anxiety and mood disorders.

Dr. Coiro has been a licensed psychologist in Maryland for 20 years. She received her B.A. in Psychology from the College of William and Mary, her M. A. in Human Development from Bryn Mawr College, and her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Virginia.  She completed her predoctoral internship in the Pediatrics Department at Georgetown University. After working at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and Vanderbilt University, she joined the faculty in the Psychology Department at Loyola University Maryland, where she is now an Associate Professor and Director of Clinical Training.
