A Bit About Me

I’m Dr. Eric S. Rosmith, a licensed psychologist with over 10 years of experience. I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges. My passion lies in helping clients become their most authentic and healthiest selves. I employ an integrative approach to treatment, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.

Together, we create a comfortable, non-judgmental space where clients feel affirmed, validated, and empowered to explore life’s challenges and set meaningful goals. I offer honest and compassionate feedback to help clients develop new perspectives, gain insight into underlying struggles, and identify their unique strengths. By leveraging these strengths, clients can achieve greater fulfillment and balance in their lives.
