Group therapy provides a place where you come together with others to share problems or concerns and better understand your own situation by learning from each other.

Groups offer a safe, supportive, judgment-free space to address personal, relationship and societal issues.

Teen Girls Processing Group

This in-person, 8-week group is for girls between ages 15-18. The goal of this group is to provide a safe, therapeutic environment to process experiences, provide support, and learn practical skills.


Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions

SPACE is a parent-based treatment developed by Dr. Eli Lebowitz at the Yale Child Study Center for children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD and related problems.
