Although life as we know it has come to a pause, we understand that your therapy and testing needs continue. We are here for you and are committed to helping throughout this pandemic. As we will only provide the highest quality of treatment possible, we have carefully considered what services can be provided remotely and what is best done in person.
Since the beginning of the stay-at-home orders, we have been providing individual therapy and relationship therapy via our HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform. Teletherapy has been well received by our clients and therapists and will continue to be our treatment model for the time being.
We have resumed our in-person evaluation services and have designed our procedures to allow for the highest level of test validity and client safety during the pandemic. Testing sessions are completed in our offices with safeguards including the use of PPE, proper sanitization, and social distancing. Interviews and feedback meetings are done remotely.
While we can provide therapy and perform evaluations, unfortunately, our neurofeedback services have been temporarily suspended since proper social distancing is not possible.
We will continue to use remote services when it is effective. When in-person services are needed, we have procedures in place to make our office environment as safe as possible.
