A Bit About Me
I’m Dr. Jillian Egan, the Director of Testing Services at Georgetown Psychology. I’ve been a dedicated member of our clinical team since 2013. As a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience, I am passionate about empowering individuals of all ages by helping them recognize and cultivate their strengths, understand their differences, and embrace their neurodivergent identities. I specialize in psycho-educational testing and approach each assessment with a neurodivergence-affirming perspective. Pursuing an evaluation can feel overwhelming, so I work closely with clients and families to ensure the process is collaborative and tailored to their needs. This includes coordinating with teachers, tutors, therapists, physicians, and other professionals to understand a client’s life outside the testing room.
In addition to assessments, I provide therapy services rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), focusing on building a collaborative, supportive therapeutic relationship that emphasizes the individual’s strengths, goals, and motivation for growth. Currently, my clinical work focuses on college students, adults with ADHD, and helping clients navigate life transitions.
