A Bit About Me

Hello! I’m Anna Passyn, LPC, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with adolescents, college students, and adults. My approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a powerful method that helps clients connect with what truly matters to them. Together, we work on increasing psychological flexibility—exploring different perspectives and finding ways to live in alignment with your values, even when facing discomfort or distress.

In addition to ACT, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, and challenging life transitions. I see myself as a partner and collaborator in every session, dedicated to helping you understand yourself better, clarify your values and desires, and move toward a more fulfilling life. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse settings, from public and private schools to private practice. These experiences have enriched my perspective and allowed me to connect with people from all walks of life, each with their unique stories and circumstances.
