Join us for a supportive community designed for international students navigating school and life in the U.S. Our group provides a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly share and explore your unique experiences.

Engage in meaningful discussions focused on themes related to international student mental health, such as coping with homesickness, navigating cultural adjustment, and handling academic pressure. Share and listen to diverse narratives, fostering understanding and connection.

Our sessions will organically evolve based on shared experiences and themes collaboratively chosen by the group.

Strength lies in differences, not similarities.
