A Bit About Me
I’m Dr. Aishe Robinson, a licensed psychologist providing evidence-based therapy for adolescents, adults, and college students. I focus on helping clients build clarity, emotional balance, and lasting resilience through practical skill-building, insight-oriented exploration, and a warm, collaborative therapeutic relationship.
I support clients navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, relationship stress, academic pressures, and personal growth. I’m especially passionate about working with college and graduate students as they manage demanding academic environments, burnout, identity development, and increasing independence. I also provide couples therapy and premarital counseling, incorporating elements of the Gottman Method to strengthen communication and connection.
My approach is culturally responsive and neurodiversity-affirming. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed strategies, attachment-focused work, and supportive exploration to help clients reduce distress, deepen self-understanding, and build confidence and emotional resilience.
