A Bit About Me

I am Dr. Lucia Haladjian, and I work with children, adolescents, and adults. My specialized training includes psychodynamic interpersonal and relational therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and trauma, including PTSD. I am especially dedicated to utilizing these approaches to address intergenerational trauma and healing, body image concerns, women’s mental health, and interpersonal issues.

I work with clients to help identify and process negative beliefs and difficult life experiences. In therapy, we will focus on enhancing insight and self-compassion. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, eating and body concerns, or trauma, we will work together to better understand and improve unhelpful thought and behavior patterns in a safe and accepting manner. By confronting and destigmatizing mental health issues, we will create room for growth and help to improve the relationship you have with yourself and others.
