A Bit About Me
I am Dr. Marina Sud. As a licensed psychologist with over 25 years of experience, I specialize in helping people cope with loss, depression, anxiety, trauma and problematic relationships. My approach is best described as a delicate balance between the introspective, insight-oriented work of psychotherapy, with the more positive and goal-oriented approach of life coaching, within a spiritual context. I look forward to helping you achieve inner peace and greater life satisfaction as we work together to navigate life's many challenges.
I believe that mental and emotional health are foundational to overall well-being. Even when we care for our physical bodies, unaddressed emotional experiences and unresolved trauma can leave us feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or out of balance. Healing begins with learning to mindfully listen inwardly, with curiosity and compassion, creating internal safety through awareness, emotional presence, and self-trust. Rather than pushing harder or doing more, meaningful change often comes from slowing down, paying attention, and allowing space for what needs care.
