Women at
Georgetown Psychology

I created this program for women from my own experience navigating the evolving stages of life, where shifting roles and priorities intersect with hormonal changes, which have far more influence than we were ever taught. Along the way, I began to understand how symptoms like brain fog, disrupted sleep, mood variability, and a shifting sense of identity can leave us feeling anxious, unsettled, and searching for answers. This is a space to understand your experience and move forward with care that can help you feel better.

Rethinking How We Understand Women’s Health

Women experience higher rates of certain mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and eating disorders. ADHD and autism often present differently in women, and many learn to mask their struggles, overcompensate, and push through—leading to exhaustion and burnout. Women face a higher lifetime risk of dementia and Alzheimer’s. The right support starts with understanding.
