A Bit About Me

I’m an Executive Function coach with a deep passion for helping adolescents and adults build the tools they need to thrive. With more than twenty years of experience in education, I’ve worked as both an English teacher and a Learning Specialist across lower, middle, and upper school divisions at independent schools in San Francisco, Washington, D.C., and Salt Lake City. During my time as a Learning Specialist at Edmund Burke School and Holton-Arms School in the Washington, D.C. area, I had the privilege of supporting hundreds of students as they navigated the complex work of school. I also developed executive functioning curricula to guide students through key transitions—entering middle and high school, managing the college application process, and moving on to college and greater independence.

I care deeply about supporting neurodivergent individuals and have worked alongside ADHD and autistic students and adults, as well as those with dyslexia, dysgraphia, and a wide range of learning and emotional differences. With a background in special education, I also help families navigate school-based supports, including IEPs and 504 plans. I enjoy partnering with families, educators, and other professionals so that each client receives thoughtful, coordinated support tailored to their unique strengths and goals. Through our work, clients develop the skills, confidence, and resilience that help them navigate challenges and grow toward greater independence.
