A Bit About Me

I’m Brian, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating social, emotional, and developmental challenges. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, attachment-related concerns, and identity development. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), DBT-informed skills, and breath-work within a strength-based, solution-focused, and person-centered framework. As a bi-racial adoptee with extensive travel experience, I bring a culturally informed perspective on identity, belonging, and resilience. I strive to create a collaborative and compassionate space where clients can build self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, set healthy boundaries, and draw upon their strengths to support meaningful, lasting change.
